Admission Information

Magic Moments Academy accepts children between the ages of 4 months – 5 years. Applications are accepted on a rolling calendar year basis for our infant, toddler and 2’s groups. Enrollment for our Preschool is from September – June, based on availability.

The admissions process begins with a tour and personal meeting with our Program and Admissions Director. We encourage families to bring children along for the tour. This is an excellent opportunity to meet our staff of nurturing teachers and assistants.

Step 2: Reserve your child’s space

If you decide that Magic Moments Academy is the right place for your child and your family, you will need to secure your child’s space by completing the online application and paying the appropriate fees to initialize enrollment.

Step 3: Enrollment Submission/Tuition Payment

Upon receipt of your application and the required fees, you will receive a list of documents that will need to be completed and returned prior to your child’s start date. Once the documents are completed and returned, your child is enrolled.

3 – 5 year olds – Yearly Tuition: Sept. – June (2021 – 2022)

Registration Fees

$100 Non-refundable application fee is required per family.

$250 Registration Fee – Annually (per family)

Deposits

All signed Enrollment Agreements must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit, equal to one month’s tuition.

Deposits are applied to the last month of enrollment.

Discounts

Sibling discounts are available.

5% discount – for 6 months pre-payment

10% discount – for 12 months pre-payment
